30-Day Returns
We offer a 30-day return window. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

In the same condition as received

Unused and unwashed

Free from pet hair, odours, stains, or damage

With all original tags attached

In original packaging
-
Accompanied by proof of purchase
For hygiene and safety reasons, dog products that show signs of use cannot be returned unless faulty.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer support team via our contact page or support email.
If your return is approved, we’ll provide:

Clear return instructions and the correct return address

A return shipping label where applicable
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please reach out before returning it.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us promptly so we can assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Used dog beds, harnesses, or pet products (for hygiene reasons)

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive a different item is to:

Once approved and processed, place a new order for the desired item
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.
Returned items must:

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
